Individual Personal Training

After the consultation, I will provide a full assessment of your strength, movement, posture, core and flexibility and then design an individualized program to help you safely reach your goals. I will then guide and support you each week using functional training methods and varied workouts. I work with clients in the Miami, Florida area including Pinecrest, Coral Gables and South Miami. Small Group Personal Training

I offer group training with up to 8 people per class. These classes include a dance or other warmup followed by circuit training, core strengthening and stretching. These workouts can be adapted to satisfy the group as needed. These class may include yoga, tai chi, ELDOA and proprioceptive training. Training with a group is fun and motivating. Holistic Health Coaching

Holistic health coaching will help you understand how to balance all the areas of your life to reach your health and fitness goals. As your coach, I will customize a plan to help you reach goals such as weight loss, reducing food cravings, improve sleep, and increase energy. Quick fixes do not work. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and how to implement lasting changes that will lead to better health.

Stretching and Corrective Exercise

Stretching and Corrective Exercise is included in all my programs as needed. However, if you have injuries or have particularly tight muscles, this option may be needed to get you in optimal body position before starting an exercise program. If you are stressed, this is a good starting point. See my blog about stress. Or you may just prefer or need more stretching. This includes an assessment and individualized program to help you reach your goals and feel your best.

Zumba and Dance

I love to dance and think it is a fun way to exercise. I offer a relaxed and fun Zumba and Dance Class in the South Miami area. Contact me for more details.

C.H.E.K. Applications and Programs

What exactly is a C.H.E.K. practitioner and how do they differ from other Fitness Professionals?

“C.H.E.K Practitioners are specialists in corrective exercise and high performance kinesiology. They are trained in assessment techniques and individualized application of exercise and exercise programs.” It’s not a one size fits all philosophy because every BODY is different.
